Terms and conditions

Creative Collection is operated by EARTH TECH INOVATIONS (GSTIN 24AVCPR5210N4ZF). These terms apply when you create an account or place an order.

Prices. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST.

Account. You must give your own name, email, and mobile number. The account is created only after you enter the verification code. You are responsible for keeping your password private.

Orders. Adding an item to your bag does not place an order. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified on our server. We may cancel an order if payment fails or the item is no longer available, and a captured payment is refunded.

Shipping. Prepaid orders ship across India. A delivery estimate appears after the courier assigns a tracking number. Guest orders are tracked with the order number and the email or mobile used at checkout.

Returns. Unworn items with tags intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Perfumes can be returned only if the seal is intact.

Refunds. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Marketing. Emails and messages about new edits and offers are sent only if you opt in. You can withdraw that consent by writing to the studio. Messages about your account and orders are still sent because they are needed to complete a purchase.
